The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the Śląskie Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020, priority axis III, measure 3.2. Innovation in MŚP. The aim of the project is to implement the production of four innovative products, which have not been produced in the country so far, wires and wires with conductors covered with tin alloys in insulation and with an external coating ensuring special functional properties. The value of the project is PLN 1,764,716.49 and the contribution of European funds is PLN 645,627.98.
Certificates
Owing to the constant development of our company, our customers’ requirements, and growing competition, ever since its incorporation MG WIRES has the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System implemented, certified by DQS with the DAkkS accreditation. The scope of the ISO Quality Management System certificate is as follows: production and delivery of electrical cables and wires in fluoropolymer and halogen-free insulation, cables for special purposes, cables for photovoltaic installations, and galvanised copper wires.
History
MG WIRES – an electric wire production plant – was founded in 2009. Its main production area comprises single- and multi-core electrical cables in halogen-free insulations, and heat resistant wires in fluoroorganic insulations, such as: PVDF, ETFE, FEP, MFA, and PFA, which can operate in the temperature range from -250°C to +260°C. We also provide services of twisting, insulating, shielding, and tinning of Cu wires from customer-provided material. We operate according to an implemented Quality Management System compliant with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, which has resulted in a stricter production regime, better stability of the production process, and increased confidence in our products. We manufacture our cables based on DIN, VDE, and UL standards, as well as according to customers’ specifications.
